THE OFFICE THAT CATCHES YOUR EYE -Kinnarps Case Study
Programmers are nowadays one of the most sought-after employees. Since the beginning of its operation in Poland, KMD has opted for an attractive and friendly work environment. And it has turned out to be a very good choice.
KMD is one of the largest Danish IT companies with an annual revenue exceeding EUR 640m. The decision to launch the Polish office of KMD resulted from the very high opinion on the competences and command of foreign languages by the Polish programmers.
– From the beginning, we have decided that the office of KMD Poland must be attractive for our employees. It had to offer a unique, personalised space to work and to rest. Lots of green and good acoustics – this has been my idea in the first place – says Jens Brinksten, CEO, KMD Poland.
KMD Poland was registered in December 2014, and in October 2015 it moved into the new office on two floors in the Gdański Business Centre complex in Warsaw.
